How to enable read/deliver receipts

Follow the below steps to enable read receipts:

1. Log into Webmail at https://securemail.mylucidtech.com.

2. Select Account (Gear icon) at the top.

3. Within the Webmail card click the Request read receipts by default option.

4. Click Save.

Follow the below steps to enable delivery receipts:

1. Log into Webmail at https://securemail.mylucidtech.com.

2. Select Account (Gear icon) at the top.

3. Within the Webmail card click the Request delivery receipts by default option.

4. ClickSave.
